You don’t always realise how much you’ve done until you stop and look back. 2025 was a year that pushed me well outside my comfort zone (or maybe it was Bethan 🤣) I crossed mountains, valleys and seas, climbed lighthouses, attending a robotics competition, went off-roading more times than I can count and plenty more in between. It’s been amazing to look back on the year and see all the places Excelerate Technology Group has taken me. As I look ahead to 2026, and my 10-year anniversary with Excelerate, I can’t help but wonder all the places I’ll take Excelerate.
