B2B Telemarketing Specialist (Arabic & English)

Job Description:

You will be the engine behind the company's new business pipeline — working the phones with purpose and precision to identify, qualify, and connect the right prospects to the Dubai-based sales team. You will own the top of the funnel, making high-volume outbound calls, filtering prospect lists, and booking meetings and on-site inspections that give the in-house team their best shot at closing. Your work directly fuels revenue growth, and you'll have the tools, structure, and support to hit your targets from day one.

Client Overview:

This is a growing company operating in the HVAC and air conditioning unit supply industry, serving commercial and residential clients across Dubai and the broader UAE market. With an active in-house sales team on the ground in Dubai, the business is expanding its outbound prospecting efforts to drive a stronger pipeline of qualified leads and booked appointments. This is a well-structured operation with clear processes and a team focused on converting opportunities efficiently.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, flexible schedule during the client’s business hours (Gulf Standard Time - Dubai, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospect lists to generate interest in the company's product offerings
• Qualify leads and filter prospect lists to identify high-potential opportunities for the sales team
• Schedule meetings and on-site inspections for the Dubai-based team to attend in person
• Communicate the company's value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospective clients
• Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, lead status, and follow-up actions
• Provide regular updates on pipeline activity and conversion metrics

Must-Have Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling in a B2B environment
• Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence
• Arabic language proficiency in addition to fluent English
• Familiarity with the UAE or Middle Eastern market is an advantage
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet call targets
• High level of attention to detail when managing prospect data

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Prior experience selling into the UAE construction, facilities management, or building services sectors is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM or dedicated dialer/calling software to manage high call volumes is highly beneficial.
• Experience coordinating directly with a field sales or on-the-ground team to ensure smooth lead handoffs is preferred.
