Role Description The Social Media Manager will manage and grow The Growth Pillars’ and clients’ social media presence across key platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing content on a daily basis. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat, involving close collaboration with marketing, design, and strategy teams. Responsibilities include developing social media content calendars, writing and editing posts, optimizing content for engagement, and monitoring performance metrics. The Social Media Manager will respond to comments and messages, support community-building efforts, and adjust campaigns using data-driven insights. The role also includes staying updated on platform trends, coordinating with stakeholders to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals, and preparing regular performance reports.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across platforms.
• Candidates should possess Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content and interact effectively with online communities.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to build cohesive content calendars, align messaging with business objectives, and adapt content based on data and trends.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics) and the ability to interpret data for optimization is beneficial.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices are advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is required.
• Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing, and a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
• Fluent in the English language is a must
