We're looking for an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our 🌍Global Internal Audit team and perform cross-functional audits across Eberspächer's manufacturing plants in Europe, South Africa, and Asia.
This is not a finance-only audit role. We're looking for someone who has experience auditing business processes, systems, and internal controls across multiple functions within a manufacturing environment.
In this role, you'll evaluate and improve business processes across functions such as Production, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Quality, Maintenance, and HSE, working closely with local management and international stakeholders to identify risks, strengthen internal controls, and support continuous improvement.
What we're looking for:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Internal Audit
✔ Experience conducting cross-functional audits within manufacturing environments
✔ Exposure to international audit assignments and working with multicultural teams
✔ Strong understanding of business processes, internal controls, governance, and risk management
✔ Excellent analytical and communication skills
✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
✔ SAP knowledge (FI, SD, MM, PP) is a plus
✔ Fluent English (German is an advantage)
✔ Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30–40%)
