Chief Commercial Officer - Non-Aeronautical

Arnett International is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to lead the non-aeronautical commercial strategy for an Airport Operator in Southeast Asia.

This is a rare executive opportunity to shape and deliver the commercial vision across a multi-airport portfolio, driving revenue growth through retail, food & beverage, advertising, commercial property and passenger experience.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will take ownership of the full non-aeronautical commercial function, developing innovative strategies that maximise passenger spend and create world-class commercial environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading retail and F&B concession strategy
• Developing digital advertising and media revenue streams
• Driving commercial innovation and passenger spend
• Managing commercial property and real estate opportunities
• Building strategic partnerships with leading global and local brands
• Leading and developing a high-performing commercial team
• Delivering commercial growth across a multi-site airport portfolio

About You

We're keen to speak with senior commercial leaders who can demonstrate experience in one or more of the following:

• Airport commercial leadership
• Travel retail
• Shopping centres or mixed-use developments
• Retail and F&B concessions
• Digital media and advertising
• Commercial property and real estate development

You will be a commercially minded executive with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, building strategic partnerships and leading large-scale commercial operations.
