CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Oracle Business Systems Analyst Contractor to support enterprise business systems initiatives within a complex technology environment. This role focuses on business process analysis, requirements gathering, system optimization, and application support while partnering with business and technical stakeholders.
This opportunity is ideal for a business systems professional who has strong analytical skills, experience supporting enterprise applications, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
You will work closely with functional teams, technology teams, and business leaders to improve processes, support system enhancements, and drive operational efficiency.
Hours: Standard business hours
Location: Remote
Pay: $35–50/hr

What you will do
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support Oracle business applications and related business processes
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop functional specifications and process documentation
• Coordinate testing activities and support user acceptance testing
• Support system enhancements, implementations, and production support activities
• Troubleshoot application and process issues and recommend solutions
• Assist with data validation, reporting, and system configuration efforts
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
What we are looking for
• 8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Strong experience supporting Oracle business applications
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience creating functional specifications and process documentation
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience supporting enterprise application implementations and enhancements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross functional business and technical teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to have
• Experience supporting supply chain, planning, finance, or operations systems
• Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics tools
• Experience supporting large scale transformation initiatives
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments
