About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Director to lead our business growth initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven leadership background and extensive experience in the communications, marketing, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the company's business development strategy.

Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government and private sector clients.

Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team.

Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in Business Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Solid background in communications, public relations, marketing, branding, or creative agencies.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
