2. About the Opportunity:
The Production Engineer role focuses on designing and implementing healthcare technology solutions that impact the US healthcare value chain, particularly for payers and providers. The position involves problem-solving, working closely with clients to deliver timely solutions, and ensuring the performance, security, and stability of healthcare-related reports. This role is essential for maintaining the functionality and deployment of multiple product features, supporting the organization''s data-driven healthcare initiatives.
3. Responsibilities:
• Design and execute healthcare technology solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop timely solutions.
• Manage multiple product features simultaneously.
• Tune queries to optimize performance, security, and report stability.
• Understand functional aspects of reports and perform deployments.
• Work within agile methodologies and iterative development cycles.
4. Requirements:
• Knowledge of the US healthcare value chain, especially payer and/or provider sectors.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and understand product functionality end to end.
• Proficiency with algorithms, design patterns, and core computer science concepts.
• Experience working in agile (SCRUM) environments.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base Pay Range: $60,100 - $98,700
