Responsibilities:
Define and drive the end-to-end system integration and integration test strategy, ensuring full require
ments traceability and coverage.
Lead cross-functional coordination of system integration, calibration, and functional verification
across mechanical, hardware, and software domains.
Identify, document, and drive resolution of system-level issues in collaboration with internal teams
and suppliers.
Serve as the primary technical interface to customers for integration and test planning, progress align
ment, and results review.
Establish, implement, and maintain ASPICE compliance (SYS.4 / SYS.5) aligned with automotive qual
ity and safety standards.
Continuously improve integration methodologies, automation coverage, and overall verification effi
ciency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven hands-on experience in system integration, functional testing, and calibration of mechatronic
systems—preferably actuation systems with embedded controllers.
Strong expertise with industry-standard integration and calibration toolchains (Vector tools, INCA,
LabVIEW, CANoe).
Solid knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and diagnostics (UDS).
Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and/or ISO/SAE 21434 methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English (written and verbal).
