We are partnering with a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia to hire an experienced Cards Consulting Program Lead to lead a large-scale cards transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional with a strong background in cards, payments, consulting, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cards transformation programmes across multiple workstreams.
- Drive programme governance, executive reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and execute cards strategy across consumer, corporate, and SME portfolios.
- Oversee product launches, customer value management (CVM), portfolio optimisation, loyalty initiatives, and digital banking enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and analytics.
- Conduct business analysis, market assessments, business case development, and performance optimisation initiatives.
- Ensure successful programme execution while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational governance.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in consulting, programme management, cards/payments, or financial services transformation.
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes from strategy through execution.
- Strong consulting and programme leadership experience with executive stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and analytics-driven decision-making.
- Extensive knowledge of credit cards, Customer Value Management (CVM), product launches, digital banking, portfolio management, and cards strategy.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging senior business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Saudi banking regulations (SAMA) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
