Role Description As a Freelancer at Gigs4five, located on-site in the United Kingdom, you will create, manage, and deliver skill-based services to clients through the marketplace. Day-to-day, you will set up and optimize your service listings, communicate with buyers to clarify requirements, and complete projects within agreed timelines and quality standards. You will manage your own workload, handle order revisions, and maintain professional communication to build strong client relationships. You will also be responsible for monitoring your performance, responding to reviews, and adjusting your offerings and pricing to remain competitive. This role offers flexibility and autonomy while working within a structured marketplace environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in at least one professional service area (e.g., digital design, writing, translation, marketing support, voiceover, admin support, or similar freelance services).
• Strong client communication skills, including the ability to clarify briefs, manage expectations, and respond promptly and professionally to messages.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and deliver projects to deadline with consistent quality.
• Comfort working with online platforms and tools, including managing profiles, handling online payments, and following marketplace guidelines.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently on-site in the United Kingdom, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
• Prior freelance or gig-economy experience is highly beneficial; familiarity with online marketplaces is a plus.
• Relevant education, training, or portfolio evidence that demonstrates competence in chosen service areas.
