Head of Product Design

we’re looking for an exceptional senior++ product designer to lead the design of Solant - a native, mobile-first AI Chief of Staff for founders and C-level executives.

Solant works across email, chats, calendars, and meetings, bringing fragmented context together and turning it into prepared management moves: an action, a reply, or a decision. it is not a chatbot, a task manager, or another AI assistant. we are designing a new way for people to interact with AI - one that does not yet have established UX patterns.

the product is currently in active development and preparing for private beta. the core product model and team are already in place, but many of the most important UX decisions, the design system, and the visual language are still open to be defined.

we’re looking for someone who can:

• design complex AI systems and turn them into a simple, intuitive native mobile experience;
• create distinctive, polished, premium iOS and Android products;
• think deeply about product logic, states, context, and trust mechanisms in AI;
• independently set the design direction and lead other designers;
• work directly with the founder and influence not only the interface, but the product itself.

this is an opportunity to define from the ground up how a new category of AI products should look and work - rather than refining patterns that already exist.
