About VoiceBiota
VoiceBiota is building the science and infrastructure behind voice biomarkers, the ability to read physiological signals from everyday speech. Our Validation Studio gives researchers and enterprise partners direct access to our dataset, and we collaborate with some of the largest labs operating in this field. We're built lean on purpose, with smart tooling handling the admin so our commercial team spends its time where it matters most: relationships and deals.
About the role
You'll manage the VoiceBiota's B2B and platform revenue from day one: enterprise and institutional contracts, paid Validation Studio tiers, distributor and retail agreements, grant-funded consortium work, and strategic partnerships. This is a first commercial hire for our B2B section and a quota-carrying, revenue-accountable seat, not a support role.
What you'll own
- Close the full B2B pipeline — Validation Studio subscriptions, dataset access deals, enterprise agreements, from first call to signed contract
- Sell where it counts — discovery calls, demos, and negotiations with research institutions, clinical groups, distributors, and enterprise buyers
- Build the partnership bench — clinical centres, health and consumer companies, retail buyers, taken through to signed terms
- Grow accounts, not just close them — renewals that compound platform revenue instead of leaking it
- Write the next chapter with us — as Rezpio approaches certification, step into health-system and payer conversations that don't exist yet anywhere else in the market
- Chase the non-dilutive money too — grant writing and consortium development (EU/Horizon-style funding, research consortia) sit naturally alongside the institutional relationships you're already building
