🎯 Role Purpose

We are looking for an ambitious, business-minded, and highly organized Business Operations Manager to become a key member of our leadership team. This is not a traditional operations role. You will work directly with the top management to drive business growth, manage daily operations, build and lead the business development team, and help scale the company. ✅ Key Responsibilities

· Managing the day-to-day business operations.

· Monitor company performance against strategic objectives and KPIs.

· Develop and improve business processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.

· Prepare business reports, forecasts, and management dashboards.

· Coordinate activities across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and vendors.

· Recruit, onboard, and manage Business Development Executives.

· Set sales activity targets and performance goals.

· Monitor sales pipeline, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.

· Coach and support the business development team to achieve growth objectives.

· Participate in strategic customer meetings and key account development activities.

· Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.

· Oversee CRM management and sales reporting.

· Ensure timely preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts.

· Improve customer onboarding and service delivery processes.

· Coordinate with software vendors, partners, and service providers.

· Establish scalable operational procedures to support company growth.

🧩 Ideal Candidate Profile

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

· 4-8 years of experience in business management, operations, sales management, or commercial leadership roles.

· Proven experience managing teams and business performance.

· Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or revenue growth initiatives.

· Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and KPI management.

· Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

· Experience in technology, SaaS, software, engineering, or construction-related industries is highly desirable.

· Able to work closely with the top management.

· Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Calm, reliable, and trustworthy

· Ability to work under deadlines

· Excellent hands-on experience with AI productivity tools

· Excellent English language (written and spoken)

· UAE experience is mandatory.
