The Position:
- We’re looking for a General Laborer. The pay range we’re offering is based on experience
- We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing
- We also offer a comprehensive health insurance packages for full-time positions
Requirements:
- Hard worker with a positive attitude
- Operate a forklift
- Use hand tools
- Good math skills
- 1-3 years of sheet metal / steel fabrication experience
- Indoor and outdoor work year-round
- Manually lift up to 50 lbs
- Overtime available during peak times based on customer demands
- Roll forming experience, a plus
Responsibilities:
- Meet daily objectives in production, quality, and timely shipment of customer orders
- Flexibility to move to work in other areas when required
- Communicate with company managers on a daily basis ensuring objectives have been achieved in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner
- Provide Excellent Customer Service!
