As a Senior Account Executive at ICON, you will foster client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What You Will Do

Your experience in account management and client services will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring colleagues.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact for communication and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
• Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Your Profile

You will have a strong foundation in account management and client services, with the experience to work independently and guide others.

Required Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or client services within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 40%)

職務内容

アカウントマネジメントおよびクライアントサービスにおけるご経験を活かし、高品質な成果の提供とチームメンバーへの指導・育成を担っていただきます。

主な業務内容は以下のとおりです。

• クライアントとの強固な関係を構築・維持し、主要な窓口としてコミュニケーションおよびサポートを提供する。
• 社内のクロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、クライアントのニーズを把握したうえでソリューションを提案し、サービス提供を成功に導く。
• 業界動向や市場情報を活用し、既存アカウントの拡大や売上向上の機会を特定する。
• リード創出から契約交渉・契約締結までの営業プロセス全般を管理する。
• アカウントのパフォーマンスをモニタリングし、主要指標を追跡するとともに、顧客満足度および顧客維持率向上のための改善点を特定する。

応募要件

アカウントマネジメントおよびクライアントサービスにおける確かな経験を有し、自立して業務を遂行するとともに、他者への指導・サポートができる方を求めています。

必須資格・経験

• 経営学、ライフサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号
• 製薬、バイオテクノロジー、または臨床開発（CRO）業界におけるアカウントマネジメント、営業、またはクライアントサービスの実務経験
• 臨床試験運営、関連法規制、および業界標準に関する十分な知識
• 優れたコミュニケーション力、交渉力、および対人関係構築能力を有し、組織内のあらゆるレベルのステークホルダーとの信頼関係構築および調整ができること
• 営業目標の達成や事業成長への貢献実績を有する成果志向の方
• 出張対応が可能な方（出張割合：約40％）
