Key Responsibilities
Site Selection & Layout Planning
- Conduct market research and site resource screening in line with corporate business targets, and evaluate and filter candidate locations within target regions.
- Carry out on-site surveys, comprehensive assessment of location conditions, traffic flow, supporting facilities and costs, and deliver complete site feasibility reports.
- Develop overall station layout plans and implementation proposals based on construction requirements to support project approval.Site Operations.
Project Investment Calculation & Analysis
- Build project investment calculation models, calculate construction and operating costs as well as revenue, and conduct investment analysis including ROI and payback period.
- Identify potential operational, policy and site risks, deliver investment evaluation reports, and provide data support for internal project approval decisions.
- Prepare project approval documents and submit them for internal review.
Commercial Negotiation & Resource Development
- Liaise with property owners, park management, government authorities and other partners, and independently conduct full-cycle commercial negotiations.
- Negotiate core commercial terms including rent, cooperation models, supporting benefits and rights & liabilities to secure optimal cooperation conditions.
- Maintain long-term external cooperative resources and continuously expand high-quality sites for station construction.
End-to-End Contract Administration
- Draft, revise, review and execute site lease agreements and cooperation contracts.
- Identify contractual risks, maintain contract ledgers, and track full-cycle contract performance, expiry and renewal.
- Ensure full compliance with commercial rules to mitigate legal and operational risks arising from cooperation and projects.
Full-Cycle Project Delivery Management
- Manage the entire project workflow from demand submission, project approval, construction mobilization, equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance to handover and launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, technical, maintenance and finance teams to resolve on-site, schedule and coordination issues during project execution.
- Control project timeline, cost and construction quality to guarantee on-time station completion and handover.
Station Launch & Operation Management
- Lead pre-launch preparation and trial run coordination for newly built stations.
- Track daily operational data and performance of stations, conduct regular reviews of operational issues and formulate optimization plans.
- Improve station utilization rate, revenue and investment returns via operational optimization, and achieve corporate business development and operational KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Marketing, Economics, Mechatronics or related fields are preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in business development, site selection for station projects, project management or offline infrastructure operations; experience in charging pile or energy station delivery is a plus.
- Capable of independent site research, investment calculation and project analysis; able to prepare calculation sheets and project reports independently.
- Mature commercial negotiation skills, proficient in external resource liaison and cross-departmental project promotion.
- Familiar with contract drafting, performance management and full project delivery process; strong risk awareness and logical thinking.
- Able to conduct field surveys and short business trips; resilient under pressure and target-driven.
- Proficient in Excel for data modeling and PPT for project proposal creation; proven track record of independently managing full-cycle projects from start to finish.
