Role Description The Project Intern – Entry Level EHS Analyst is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jacksonville, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role supports project teams by assisting with EHS data collection, analysis, and reporting to help clients manage environmental, health, and safety risks. Day-to-day responsibilities may include researching regulatory requirements, preparing documentation, updating tracking tools, and supporting the development of training materials. The intern will help conduct basic assessments of occupational health and safety conditions, contribute to improvement recommendations, and collaborate with consultants and clients to ensure project tasks are completed on time. This position offers hands-on experience in EHS consulting and exposure to a variety of industries and compliance programs.

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support problem-solving activities.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear written documentation and professional verbal interaction with team members and clients.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health, with an interest in regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Candidates should possess the ability to support training efforts, including preparing training materials and assisting with EHS-related presentations or sessions.
• Relevant coursework or a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
• Proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools) and strong organizational skills are beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment is beneficial.
