The Opportunity

Avantor is looking for a CRM/C4C Superuser & Trainer to join our team in Romania.

The CRM/C4C Superuser & Trainer will support the European Equipment Service organization by ensuring optimal adoption, data quality, and effective use of SAP - C4C- FSM (Cloud for Customer). This role combines system expertise, process ownership, training development, and user support.

The Superuser acts as the primary European liaison between business users and central/global CRM teams, ensuring that CRM tools, workflows, and reporting capabilities enable operational excellence and commercial performance.

CRM Expertise & User Support Act as first-line expert for C4C users across Europe. Troubleshoot issues, escalate defects, and support release testing (UAT).

How You Will Thrive And Make An Impact

  • Maintain documentation on processes and system updates.
  • Ensure compliance with CRM standards and data governance.
  • Training Development & Delivery Deliver onboarding and advanced C4C training. Create updated manuals, guides, and e-learning content.
  • Lead refresher training after system updates.
  • Process Alignment & Improvement
  • Standardize C4C workflows across countries.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support global C4C initiatives. Support mapping and optimization of end-to-end processes Jira Management
  • Manage Jira tickets related to C4C issues, enhancements, and change requests.
  • Prioritize, track, and update tickets in collaboration with IT and global CRM teams.
  • Ensure proper documentation of requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Communicate status updates to EU stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Data Quality Monitor C4C data quality and drive corrective actions. Support managers with dashboards and reporting. Run periodic audits (opportunity hygiene, ticket status, mandatory fields).
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as liaison between EU business teams and global C4C teams. Collect requirements, communicate changes, and ensure smooth rollouts.
