The organisation is looking for a trusted senior-level Advisor who can help leaders operate more effectively, improve collaboration across the leadership team, and strengthen execution across key operational areas.

This role combines executive coaching with practical operational insight. You will help senior stakeholders improve judgement, leadership capability, team alignment, and execution discipline, while supporting initiatives that contribute to efficiency, cost control, and sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Trusted To Do

• Provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring to senior leaders using a structured executive coaching approach
• Offer feedback and guidance to help executives strengthen judgement, leadership effectiveness, and decision-making
• Support leadership teams in improving collaboration, team dynamics, and development
• Work with senior management to identify and support operational improvements that strengthen efficiency, cost control, and sustainable growth
• Contribute to the alignment of key operational areas, including financial management, HR, and compliance, in partnership with internal leadership
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and support initiatives that strengthen business performance
• Act as a trusted Advisor to the CEO and executive team on leadership, talent development, and organisational effectiveness
• Support initiatives related to employee engagement, succession planning, and high-performing team culture
• Build strong internal partnerships that support operational excellence and strategic growth

• Experience in VP, C-suite, or equivalent senior leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in operational strategy, business performance improvement, and team leadership
• Strong executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of strategy, operations, and leadership practice
• Experience working in complex operational environments
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• An advanced degree may be advantageous
• Ability to work remotely within the United States, with occasional travel as required
