Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Trintech applications, specifically Cadency and/or ReconNET. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the implementation and enhancement of Trintech financial close and reconciliation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as the liaison between business users and technical/development teams.
- Configure, support, and enhance Trintech Cadency and/or ReconNET solutions.
- Analyze financial close, reconciliation, and accounting workflows to recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate testing activities including UAT and validate business requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot application-related issues.
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Techno-Functional Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
- Hands-on experience with Trintech Cadency and/or ReconNET.
- Solid understanding of Financial Close Management, Account Reconciliation, and accounting processes.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is a plus.
- Prior experience with Toyota Financial Services or similar enterprise environments is advantageous
