Your Role:
Our dynamic operations team is going through exciting changes that involve the design and development of new systems, improving existing systems and working with some of latest technologies available.
We're looking for a Business Analyst for our Operations Center that will:
- Conduct detailed analysis of operational and product-related processes,
- Work closely with Invoice and Virtual POS technology teams on new developments and system improvements,
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional specifications,
- Translate regulatory and business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements,
- Design and optimize workflows, flowcharts and process maps using BPMN 2.0 standards,
- Create accurate process flows and business process diagrams,
- Prepare mock-ups and wireframes based on business requirements and user needs,
- Analyze, prioritize, and manage incoming requests from internal stakeholders,
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and operations teams,
- Monitor development lifecycle and actively support project management activities,
- Plan and execute UAT processes, ensuring business expectations are met,
- Ensure clear communication of solutions to all relevant stakeholders,
- Participate in operational data analysis and reporting processes,
- Take an active role in continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related fields,
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role,
- Strong analytical thinking skills and advanced documentation capabilities,
- Proven experience in preparing BRD and functional requirement documents,
- Solid knowledge of VUK 507 and 509 Regulations and e-Transformation processes (e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Ledger, etc.),
- Experience working with Invoice (e-Invoice/e-Archive) systems is highly preferred,
- Experience in fintech, payment systems, or Virtual POS products is a strong plus,
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and process modeling methodologies,
- Experience with tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io, or similar platforms,
- Experience creating mock-ups and wireframes using Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch, or similar tools,
- Basic understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP services, and system integrations,
- Ability to test services using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools,
- Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and SDLC,
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies,
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
- Detail-oriented, solution-driven, team-oriented, and proactive,
- Eager to follow current technologies and continuously improve.
