This role focuses on design leadership, conceptual development, and design excellence across a diverse portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate brings creative vision, strong technical skills, and thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

- This position is Fully Onsite in Central Orange County
- Hybrid or Remote work is not available
- 10+ years of professional experience required — no recent graduates

YOUR IMPACT
As a Senior Designer, you will:
- Lead architectural design efforts for projects, from concept through design development
- Establish and communicate strong design narratives that align with client goals, zoning constraints, and market context
- Collaborate with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure design intent is carried through documentation
- Produce and oversee high-quality plans, elevations, sections, diagrams, and renderings
- Develop presentation materials for internal reviews, entitlement meetings, and client presentations
- Mentor and guide junior designers, supporting professional growth and design consistency
- Contribute to studio design standards and best practices
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- 10+ years of professional architectural design experience
- Familiarity with Southern California zoning, codes, and trends
- Strong conceptual, graphic, and spatial design skills
- Ability to balance creativity with technical and regulatory constraints
- Proficiency in Revit, CAD, InDesign, Enscape, D5 Render, and others
- Clear communication skills and the ability to lead design discussions
- Architectural licensure preferred but not required
Compensation Range: $115K-$125K
