Looking for a Communication Domain experienced Technical Business Analyst / Process Consultant with exposure to Enterprise Data Products like Ethernet Products, Ethernet Private Line, Ethernet Virtual Private Line, Business Internet, Wavelength etc..

Domain Knowledge

• Process : Communication Order to Activate process, Service Order Management, Provisioning and Activation.
• Products : Enterprise Products - Ethernet (primarily) , IPVPN, Wave etc..

Technical Knowledge : Exposure to

• Understand Integration aspects and Workflows.
• Web Sevices, Queues , Topics
• XML, JSON
• Understand Integration specification tools like Swagger etc..

Project Management Methodologies

• Agile
• Specific knowledge on SAFe is advantageous.

BA / Process Consultant Skills

• Good Stakeholder management and Elicitation skill.
• Managing cross geography teams - With Discovery and grooming.
• Tools :Visio, BPM tools
• Able to understand and create - Process document and Architecture diagram
