Fulfillment Analyst I

Job Summary

The Fulfillment Team at Reed Exhibitions is a dynamic group of detail-oriented individuals who execute our exhibitors’ media programs. The team works closely with many other departments, focusing on media partners per show, to ensure all deliverables are met, and managed to deadlines. To be able to manage and meet all deadlines based on media partner agreements and make sure all things are well communicated across all stakeholders involved. Be able to adapt to many different situations and people, can juggle multiple projects, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. FAs are responsible for the ongoing oversight of all exhibitor media programs, logistics and overall execution against exhibitor customer experience before, during and after the event.

Fulfills orders, including order entry, administration and shipping. Processes orders and oversees related activities of third-party vendors to ensure orders flow effectively through systems and processes in accordance with the organization's customer service standards. Develops capacity plans to support build-to-stock and/or build-to-order environments. Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. Prepares and maintains volume and demand planning analyses and supply and production schedules based on internal and external information to establish and effectively manage an order backlog. Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression. Requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.

Accountabilities

• Responsible for ensuring that all deliverables between partners and RX are successfully fulfilled and maintain strong relationship wit existing and new Media Partners per show.
• Editing or resizing of assets such as banner, print ads and email blasts. (US Task only)
• Communicating other assets needed to marketing team; social media posts and email blasts.
• Ensuring that digital pub bin page and logos are updated with the latest information from partners.
• Sending shipping labels and acquiring tracking numbers
• Generating data reports using Google Analytics.
• Monitoring and updating of partner master tracker.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree
• Strong Marketing or event industry background (specifically in fulfillment process)
• Experience using CRM tool (Salesforce etc.)
• Experience or background with Adobe apps, Canva
• Stakeholder management
• Good English communication skills
• OpEx /Business Excellence experience (good to have)
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
