QUALITY TECHNICIAN – AUTOMOTIVE AFTERMARKET

About the Job
As an Quality Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming and returned products, performing basic technical and quality checks, and supporting the returns process within our warehouse operations. You will work closely with Technical, Quality, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure products meet company standards and procedures.
What Are You Going to Do as an Quality Technician?
- Apply and comply with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Report work-related accidents, near-misses, and potential safety risks.
- Perform basic quality inspections to verify product compliance, functionality, and workmanship.
- Monitor and inspect returned products delivered to NRF warehouses.
- Support technical verification of products and make accept/reject decisions according to established procedures.
- Prepare technical inspection reports and communicate findings to relevant departments.
- Create and maintain photographic documentation of inspected products.
- Report technical issues and quality concerns.
- Collaborate with Technical, Quality, Customer Service, Warehouse, and other internal teams.
- Use company IT systems for inspections, reporting, and product tracking.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean working environment.
- Follow environmental, QHSE, OHS, and fire protection procedures.
What We Expect From You
- Technical affinity and interest in automotive products and components.
- Experience in a warehouse, technical, service, or automotive environment is an advantage.
- Ability to identify product defects and non-conformities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate reports and documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills and experience with digital systems.
- Communicative English.
- Proactive, responsible, and quality-oriented mindset.
