About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Event Manager to join our Brand Marketing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing brand events across the GCC region, ensuring every event delivers an exceptional brand experience and achieves business objectives.
The ideal candidate is passionate about event marketing, has strong project management skills, and is experienced in managing large-scale events from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute a variety of brand events across the GCC region, including but not limited to:
- Pop-up stores
- Fashion shows
- Showrooms
- PR and media events
- Partnership and sponsorship events
- Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and execution plans aligned with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, including PR, Creative, Social Media, KOL Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations.
- Manage external agencies, production vendors, venues, suppliers, and event partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Oversee event logistics, production, venue setup, staffing, and on-site execution.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop contingency plans.
- Measure event performance and prepare post-event reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously introduce innovative event ideas to enhance brand impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning or event marketing, preferably within fashion, retail, e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience managing large-scale events from planning through execution.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel frequently across GCC countries.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chinese (Mandarin) language proficiency is preferred.
- Experience working in an international or fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with GCC markets and regional event operations is a big advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility during peak event periods, including overtime and weekend work when required
