职位描述：

• 处理内部生产线以及外部客户反馈的产品质量问题
• 同公司工程和制造部门合作，推动过程质量改进
• 确保质量体系和流程规范在公司中的执行
• 准备和执行内外部以及客户审核
• 跟踪质量问题以及内外部审核缺失相关的纠正预防措施执行状况
• 准备质量报告以及数据分析
• 维护质量电子系统/平台以及相关数据/记录的录入和存档岗位要求

Qualifications

职位要求

• 本科/硕士，理工科专业，2025/2026年毕业且工作经验小于24个月
• 熟练掌握SPC、MSA、FMEA、8D、5Why、鱼骨图等质量工具并能实际应用
• 具备良好的问题解决、跨部门沟通协调、项目管理能力。
• 常用英语沟通交流，需要英语读写流畅
• 性格开朗，乐于沟通

加分项：

• 熟悉变更流程，新产品导入流程，质量事件、不良品处置流程等质量平台的要求
• 有处理客户投诉经验优先
