Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Factory Worker role based in New South Wales, Australia. The Factory Worker will support the production of architectural lining systems by operating machinery, assisting with packing and dispatch, and performing basic maintenance tasks as required. Day-to-day responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, monitoring production processes, conducting visual quality checks, and following safety and housekeeping procedures. The role may also involve operating forklifts (where licensed), organizing stock and finished goods, and working closely with supervisors to meet production schedules and quality standards. The position requires adherence to company policies, safe work practices, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in quality control to inspect products and ensure they meet design and manufacturing standards.
  • Candidates should possess skills in forklift operation (with current license or certification) to move materials and finished goods as needed.
  • Previous experience in CNC operating, manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar factory environment is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to follow instructions, read work orders, and work accurately with measurements and basic tools.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced setting.
