Retail Manager

We are looking for individuals with a strong passion for inspiring and leading dynamic team to achieve success in a highly competitive Fragrance and Beauty business environment. As our Retail Manager, you will be the key driver for managing CHANEL image and retail business for Malaysia.

You will play a critical role in formulating the strategic planning of retail operations, development of territory by partnering with area retail managers, counters/ boutiques, the retail network, and the corporate team to ensure consistent standards and objectives. Coaching and developing our Area Sales Managers and stakeholders to achieve planned goals on sales, client experience and loyalty as well as people development.
