Job Opportunity: Receptionist / Office Manager Assistant

Location: Casablanca Finance City (CFC), Casablanca

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a professional, organized, and proactive Receptionist / Office Manager Assistant to join our team at our client’s office in Casablanca Finance City.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome visitors and ensure a professional front desk experience.

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

* Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitors.

* Provide administrative support to the Office Manager.

* Assist with office administration, documentation, and filing.

* Coordinate office supplies and support day-to-day office operations.

* Support internal teams with administrative and organizational tasks.

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in French and English (both are mandatory).

* Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.

* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
