We are looking for a SAP ABAP Developer (ABAPer) to join our IT team and contribute to a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP professional who wants to play a key role in developing and optimizing SAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.
In this role, you will collaborate with global stakeholders, support critical business processes, and contribute to system performance, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.
About the Role
Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP applications across ECC and S/4HANA environments
- Develop RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using IDocs, RFCs, and Web Services (REST/SOAP, OData)
- Create and optimize CDS Views and HANA-based developments
- Work closely with functional teams (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, HR) to deliver business requirements
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
- Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and production environments
- Ensure proper transport management and adherence to SAP development standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP processes and system efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development
- Strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP)
- Experience with reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV)
- Solid knowledge of Data Dictionary (tables, views, domains, data elements)
- Experience with BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements
- Familiarity with SmartForms, SAPScripts, and Adobe Forms
- Strong knowledge of interfaces (IDoc, ALE, Web Services, OData)
- Experience with SAP Workflow integration
- Knowledge of CDS Views and AMDP (S/4HANA)
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
- Experience in SAP Fiori/OData integration (preferred)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
