Accounting and Tax Manager-Subsidiary

At Emlak Katılım, we are looking for a team member to join one of our subsidiary companies.

Job Description

• Managing daily accounting tasks, including month-end activities, accounts payable/receivable processes, general ledger reconciliations, and fixed asset activities
• Managing intercompany relations and flows between group companies,
• Managing all tax related matters of the company to ensure timely and proper tax filings,
• Initiating and executing projects to create efficient and aligned accounting & tax processes,
• Leading and coaching a team of accounting & tax professionals to ensure they achieve their full potential in a high-growth, agile fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced in financial services, banking, brokerage, and electronic money sectors,
• Knowledgeable in tax legislation and capable of managing tax processes,
• Managed the entire accounting operation for at least one company,
• Experience with a Big Four firm, with a specialization in tax is a plus,
• Experienced in team management,
• Experience in R&D center of a technology firm is a plus,
• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience,
• Proficient in English.
