Your Key Responsibilities:
Global Job Name: Manufacturing Technology Eng.
OM and assembly equipment/tooling design, procurement, installation,debugging and validation, ensure the equipment is completed on time, within budget, and with high qualityImprovement and maintenance of OM and assembly process and equipment
Development and validation of OM and assembly process and technology
Productivity improvement-OEE/FPY/scrap reduction/labor cost optimization
Preparation of work instructions and necessary resources
Conduct the qualification and capability analysis of process changes
OM和装配设备/模具（夹具）的设计、采购、安装、调试、验证。
确保设备按时、按预算、高质量完成OM和装配设备设备及工艺的改善和维护
OM和装配工艺和技术的开发和验证
提高生产效率OEE/FPY/减少废品/优化成本准备操作指导书和其他指导文件
过程变更的验证和能力分析
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science or Advanced Degree in EngineeringMore than 3 years relative engineering work experience
Know well Over molding and assembly technology, process, machine principle and application
Experience of equipment layout design, tooling design and automation
Experience of equipment layout design, tooling design and automation Team and communication skills
Good English written and verbal communication skill
Skilled in common office software, including MS Office and Minitab
理工科本科或以上学历三年以上相关工程工作经验
熟悉注塑和装配技术、工艺过程、设备原理以及应用具有设备布局设计、工装设计及自动化经验
团队合作和良好的沟通能力
良好的英语口语表达和书写能力
熟练运用常用办公软件，MS office，MINITAB
