Description

Role Description The Health Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in 2nd District, responsible for promoting and safeguarding health and safety within RevCare Analytics and its operational environments. The Health Officer monitors workplace conditions, conducts regular health and safety inspections, and supports compliance with relevant health regulations and organizational policies. This role involves assessing occupational and community health risks, developing and implementing health promotion programs, and providing guidance on workplace safety, including construction safety practices where applicable. The Health Officer collaborates with management, project teams, and external partners to address health-related concerns, conducts incident investigations, and prepares clear reports and recommendations. The position also includes delivering training sessions, maintaining accurate health records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in health, safety, and wellbeing.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Occupational Health and Workplace Safety, with demonstrated ability to identify hazards and implement preventive measures.
  • Experience in Community Health initiatives, including health promotion, awareness programs, and engagement with diverse populations.
  • Effective Communication skills, including clear reporting, training delivery, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Construction Safety principles and practices, particularly in environments involving technical or infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Occupational Health, Nursing, Environmental Health, or a related field; relevant certifications in health and safety are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, RCM, or HIT/HIM environments is beneficial.
  • Ability to interpret health and safety regulations, develop practical policies, and support compliance efforts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and integrity in record-keeping.
