Key Responsibilities:

✔ Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

✔ Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

✔ Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights that drive product strategy and decision-making.

✔ Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and enhance user experience.

✔ Support testing and validation of product features before production deployment.

✔ Contribute throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful product delivery.

Required Qualifications:

✅ 7+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or Software Development.

✅ Domain expertise in Banking/Collections.

✅ Strong understanding of APIs, data models, and technical product concepts.

✅ Experience with business process improvement and automation initiatives.

✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and collaborate across cross-functional teams and vendors.

✅ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred).
