Job Description
The Johnson & Johnson Oncology Communications & Public Affairs team is searching for the best talent to join as a Senior Manager, Global Hematology Communications. This is a hybrid role which can be based in Raritan, NJ or New Brunswick, NJ.
Our Oncology team is focused on the elimination of cancer by advancing ground-breaking science and delivering innovative therapies for patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. We are seeking a strategic, collaborative and highly motivated communications professional to help shape and implement global communications strategies supporting Johnson & Johnson's leadership in multiple myeloma and hematology.
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Global Hematology Communications supports the development and execution of integrated communications strategies for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's hematology portfolio, with a primary focus on TECVAYLI® (teclistamab-cqyv) and TALVEY® (talquetamab-tgvs).
Reporting to the Director, Global Hematology Communications, this role partners closely with the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO), R&D, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs and communications teams around the globe to advance business priorities, support key data and regulatory landmarks, and strengthen Johnson & Johnson's leadership in multiple myeloma.
The Senior Manager serves as a day-to-day communications lead for assigned assets and contributes to broader disease-area and portfolio communications initiatives, helping translate complex science into compelling, stakeholder-focused communications programs.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00
Additional Description For Pay Transparency
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Benefits

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
