Logistics Specialist

Rohadfox Construction Control is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Logistics Specialist ll to support communication and engagement activities regarding wayfinding strategies. This role works closely with a project team to assist with public-facing communications, stakeholder coordination, and outreach efforts across key phases of project delivery, including planning, design, preconstruction, and construction.

The position focuses on executing established plans, ensuring timely, accurate information is shared. This role is hands-on and collaborative, providing day-to-day communications support. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The pay range is $59-63.65hr. plus full benefits.

Requirements

Minimum Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum Years Experience

• 10 years or more experience, preferably on airport building programs or similar complex building programs.

Professional Licenses & Certifications

• Optional Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, AICP etc. or the candidate shall pass the federal background check and Badge is required

Hardware/Software

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam for creating, editing, and reviewing visual materials and layouts. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint) for project communication, scheduling, and documentation.
