Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5-7 years of employment law experience, with a strong focus on wage and hour litigation and counseling, to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and have significant experience handling complex wage and hour matters, including class, collective, and representative actions, as well as advising employers on compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws. Experience defending and prosecuting breaches of restrictive covenants, preparing and negotiating employment contracts as well as executive compensation provisions is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with and openness to leveraging AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the aptitude to apply them effectively to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product. The candidate must be licensed to practice law immediately in New York.

To the extent this job is performed in New York City, the salary range for this position is $280,000 to $315,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
