To support our Talent Attraction team we are searching for a Talent Attraction Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office. Please note this is a one-year fixed term contract.

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer, ensuring an efficient, quality-driven process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to build structured assessments, manage expectations, and provide market insights.
  • Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to design and execute targeted pipelines aligned with business goals.
  • Deliver an elite, high-touch interview journey to position Mytheresa as an employer of choice.
  • Build strategic external partnerships with agencies, universities, and industry networks.
  • Support the team on strategic recruitment projects, employer branding, and operational workflow improvements.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3+ years of full-time, progressive recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on, advanced experience utilizing the Workday Recruiting module.
  • Confidence and fluency in using advanced AI tools within the recruitment workflow (e.g., sourcing, screening, automation).
  • Fully fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern passive sourcing platforms.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to influence, prioritize, negotiate, and constructively push back with stakeholders.
