Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
  • Support payroll administration by coordinating employee data changes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • + 4 years of HR experience.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday, Darwinbox).
