SSI SCHAEFER is a leading global provider of intralogistics solutions with ~8,800 employees worldwide. We are looking for a proactive and motivated Travel organization intern to join SSI SCHAEFER SIA Latvian team.

Your role

You will support the full travel planning process across the Northern Europe region:

· Researching and comparing flights, hotels, and car rental options.

· Helping to make travel bookings and find cost-effective solutions.

· Communicating with landlords, hotels, and rental companies.

· Supporting employees and on-site teams during their business trips.

· Preparing travel documents, expense reports, and simple spreadsheets.

· Keeping travel information and records up to date.

· Managing several tasks and priorities at the same time.

· Learning the full travel planning process and gradually taking more responsibility.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has good written and verbal Latvian and English communication skills.

· Is comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and documents.

· Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

· Is eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.

· Would like to grow into an independent corporate travel coordinator.

What we expect

· Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Fluent Latvian and English to support daily communication and collaboration with colleagues across the Northern Europe region.

· Availability of 25–30 hours per week

· Student status required
