The Division

Jonas Software is the leading provider of enterprise management software solutions in 17 vertical industries. The Position

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong experience in Blazor and .NET Core to join our team. This role will focus on building and enhancing modern web applications. The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain web applications using Blazor and .NET Core, including supporting and maintaining legacy AngularJS applications
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers as the team grows
• Contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and standards

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly)
• Solid experience with .NET Core and C#
• Ability to maintain and enhance legacy AngularJS applications
• Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of modern web application architecture
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Experience with Git and standard CI/CD workflows
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks
• Prior experience in a lead or mentorship capacity
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
