Job Responsibilities:

  • Global GTM Strategy & Planning Lead the global go-to-market strategy for Alibaba.com's core products and Accio Work. Define the product's core value proposition from the ground up, architect end-to-end marketing pathways, and drive rapid market penetration and user growth across global regions.
  • Product Positioning & Content Narrative Develop deep insight into global B2B trade scenarios and translate Accio Work's AI capabilities into compelling, high-value business narratives. Own the creation of product white papers, key messaging frameworks, and major launch event content — building merchant trust in AI-powered tools through world-class storytelling.
  • Commercialization & Growth Loop Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to drive the full commercialization flywheel. Leverage deep analysis of market feedback and business data to optimize pricing strategy and channel penetration. Own the metrics for active user scale and commercial outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis Maintain sharp market acuity — uncover the real pain points of global SMBs around AI-driven productivity through structured research. Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to ensure Accio Work sustains its competitive edge in the global AI landscape.
  • Brand Influence & Ecosystem Building Own the product's brand identity and reputation. Engage global KOLs and industry ecosystem partners to elevate product awareness in the AI productivity space on the international stage. Cultivate a thriving ecosystem of developers and users around the product.

Qualifications

  • Proven Product/Brand Marketing Track Record 8+ years of experience in Internet, SaaS, or high-tech industries. Candidates with a demonstrable history of driving successful product launches or global market expansion are strongly preferred
  • AI Industry Acumen Deep passion for and understanding of generative AI and large language models. Ability to keenly identify technology trends and translate them into tangible, executable business value
  • Exceptional Communication Skills Outstanding English proficiency across listening, speaking, reading, and writing — English as the primary working language is essential. Strong cross-cultural communication ability, with the capacity to produce marketing proposals that are both highly professional and persuasively compelling
  • Strategic Thinking & Execution Power Comfortable operating at both the strategic blueprint level and in the trenches driving results. Resilient under pressure, embraces change, and brings a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Data-Driven Decision Making Sharp data intuition and logical analytical capabilities. Able to mine business opportunities from complex datasets and drive operational optimization informed by data
