  • Support annual budget and monthly forecast preparation, including reporting formats for headquarters.
  • Provide actual-versus-budget and actual-versus-forecast comparisons to department leaders.
  • Prepare consolidated actual results for corporate departments.
  • Assist with year-end audit, consolidation activities, and SOX compliance documentation.
  • Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis that improve financial visibility and business decision-making.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA-track candidates are preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant accounting, finance, audit, or public accounting experience.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and a strong interest in financial reporting, analysis, and controls.
  • Experience with a large-scale ERP system; Oracle experience is preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Financial planning and analysis experience is a plus.

What You’ll Gain

  • Broad accounting experience across close, reporting, reconciliations, audit, GAAP, SOX, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Visibility to department leaders through reporting and actual-versus-forecast analysis.
  • Experience in a corporate accounting environment supported by established systems and processes.
  • Opportunities to build a strong foundation for continued growth in accounting, finance, audit, or FP&A.
