Production Manager

Our client is an international manufacturing and retail company. They are looking to hire an experienced Production Manager who will lead day-to-day operations within the manufacturing division, managing a team of up to 15 across manufacturing, assembly, and quality control. Our client is huge on stability and investing in their people!

Production Manager (On-Site - Los Angeles/Mid-City):

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Shift is 6 AM to 2:30 PM on site
• Must have experience in precision manufacturing and managing production teams
• Must be hands-on at all levels, this is a ‘working manager’ role
• Proficiency with a wide array of machines including tumbling, casting, injection molding, 3D printers, CNC, and more, is highly desired
• Experience troubleshooting machinery is highly desired
• Salary is likely $90k-$110k on the base + bonus, benefits and PTO

This position will be a key member of the team day 1, and will be working with engineers, CAD teams and designers to ensure that final production mirrors the prototypes. This is a fun and fast-paced environment with a lot of opportunity to make an immediate impact.
