We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager with a proven track record of managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns for international fashion and apparel eCommerce brands, particularly targeting the USA and European markets.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center, Shopping Ads, Performance Max, and high-budget campaigns for clothing brands. If you have successfully driven revenue and ROAS for international fashion eCommerce businesses, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for international clothing and fashion brands.
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
- Set up, optimize, and troubleshoot Google Merchant Center product feeds.
- Improve campaign performance by optimizing ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Optimize Shopping Feed attributes, product titles, descriptions, GTINs, and custom labels.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with SEO, Creative, Shopify, and CRO teams to maximize campaign results.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability.
- Track conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and enhanced conversions.
Must-Have Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads.
- Must have worked with international eCommerce clothing/fashion brands.
- Strong experience running campaigns targeting the USA and/or European markets.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Merchant Center.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Max and Google Shopping campaigns.
- Experience managing high-budget advertising accounts.
- Strong understanding of ROAS optimization and scaling profitable campaigns.
- Experience with Shopify stores is highly preferred.

- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certifications.
- Experience handling fashion brands with large product catalogs.
- Experience optimizing Shopping feeds using feed management tools.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with remarketing and audience segmentation.
