The Role
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple client accounts — sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent while building strong candidate and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and referrals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted hiring partner
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Hit and exceed individual billing targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of agency recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills and a track record of hitting targets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a target-driven environment
