About The Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our Analytics team, with a focus on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and data visualization. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about combining data science with marketing effectiveness to drive impactful business decisions.

A Typical Day Will Include

  • Develop and maintain Marketing Mix Models using statistical and machine learning techniques in R and Python.
  • Analyze marketing, media, and business data to quantify the impact of different marketing activities on key business KPIs (e.g., sales, leads, ROI).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define modeling goals, interpret results, and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dynamic, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key metrics and insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business strategy and marketing planning.
  • Help ensure data quality and consistency across projects.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or data science
  • Proficiency in R and Python for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling or a strong interest and ability to learn quickly.
  • Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of statistical techniques such as regression, time-series analysis, and optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Exposure to media data (e.g., TV, digital, OOH) and marketing KPIs.
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms or MMM tools.
  • Understanding of adstock and saturation modeling.
