Hyper-growth drives a need for continued investment in our operational teams.
We're seeking a Sr. Compliance Analyst, who will maximize the proportion of consumers we can quote in real-time. You'll use a number of techniques to do this, including working on the available and ready-to-quote carriers in each state. You'll ensure legal and compliance reviews are done before operations commence in a market and periodically thereafter.
This role also requires coordination with Carriers as well as internal Insurance and Product teams to foresee and accommodate upcoming changes. You may come from a traditional agency or carrier environment. You are energized by the opportunity to execute flawlessly, help write the playbooks, build your skills, and model the required behaviors to drive uptake of top-rated P&C products via the Salty platform and program. You will also manage the relationship with our partner, CSC, to license agents and make sure their licenses stay active.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an unusual spectrum of skills: excellent customer service skills for carriers, organized, and inquisitive. Also able to contribute to process improvement, data-tracking and analysis, and the presence and relationship-building abilities to build advocates as part of our ecosystem.

Qualifications
College Degree preferred
2 years of experience
P&C License
Must be comfortable using multiple carrier systems
The ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
